We charge $90 per hour, billed monthly, with a minimum of 1 hour per week — because over time we've found that we can't really help for less than that. After that it's the same $90/hour for coaching and/or personal assistance in any combination you want, billed in 10 minute increments. These add-ons are billed weekly. And that's it!
