We offer a free 30-minute phone or video meeting where our intake specialist will listen to your problem and suggest the coach and plan that's right for your.

Meet your coach.

In your first meeting you'll begin building the foundation of a productivity habit: regular, scheduled, agenda-driven meetings in which you and your coach clarify your work for the day, week, month, and year.

Clarify your goals.

Goals are the big-picture accomplishments you want for yourself: an A in a class, a promotion at work, an exercise habit, an event planned, and so on. Goals need to be broken down into subgoals, and subgoals into bite-sized tasks.

Set your calendar.

Tasks — the bite-sized chunks that are the steps towards subgoals and goals — go on a shared calendar with your coach. Now you both know what needs to be done when!

Take our call.

The heart and soul of Slothzero is our Kickstart service. We will call, text, or video chat you when you need to begin your work and then nudge you to start, persist, and finish. This is where the magic happens!

Celebrate your wins!

In your weekly status report your coach will summarize your successes and misses, and identify tasks and skills to build for the next week. Share this summary, plus unlimited chat, with your allies (friends, parents, therapist) in a private team space!

Rinse and repeat.

Now that you've done it once... it's time to do it again! As the weeks go by, you'll get into a rhythm of planning and execution, and steadily build a productivity habit. When you're ready to do it on your own, we say goodbye — but are always here when you need us!
