Howdy y’all! I believe every one of us has a place and a purpose in this world—an impact to make, whether big or small. My own story is shaped by the sum of my parts: the experiences that tested me, the people who raised and influenced me, the lessons learned, the failures endured, and the successes still unfolding.
Personally, I am my ancestors’ grit and my family’s strength. I come from generations of Texans on my father’s side and a lineage defined by perseverance, hard work, and a commitment to giving back. From my mother, I inherited independence and determination; from both, compassion and community-mindedness. Their stories—and the stories of those before them—fuel my curiosity and ground my identity. My life has been guided by both triumph and challenge. I didn’t take the straight path to my goals, but I learned the power of perseverance, faith, and timing along the way.
Academically, I worked hard to earn my place at Texas A&M University, and my time there shaped me in ways I never expected. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Leadership, Education & Communication—with minors in Communications and Creative Studies—in 2017, and later returned to complete my Master of Science in Agricultural Leadership, Education & Development in 2021. Those experiences deepened my love for leadership, teaching, and empowering others; foundational traits that formed at a young age.
I’m a lifelong learner with a deep passion for education, mentorship, and helping others find confidence in their abilities. During my time in college, I served as a Teaching Assistant and most recently as an Athletic Academic Mentor—roles that allowed me to walk alongside students as they navigated academic, professional, and personal challenges. Supporting them as they discovered their strengths, built resilience, and achieved their goals remains one of the most rewarding parts of my journey.
Professionally, as a multi-faceted entrepreneur with a lot of irons in the fire at any given time, organization isn’t just a preference—it’s a way of life. I’ve built systems, tools, and mindsets that keep me focused, intentional, and grounded, even when the calendar is full and the deadlines are stacked. Are there busy days? Absolutely! But days ruled by procrastination are fewer and far between, because I’ve learned how to create structure, maintain momentum, and stay aligned with what matters most. It’s these very strategies that I now share with others to help them build lives that feel productive, balanced, and attainable.
As an Education Specialist and Coach with Slothzero, I focus on creating interactive, supportive learning environments where people feel safe, seen, and encouraged to grow. I blend hands-on collaboration with real-life connections, using stories, experiences, and relatable examples to make concepts meaningful and memorable. I believe that true learning begins with self-understanding, so I guide individuals in discovering their strengths, boundaries, and personal growth opportunities. By fostering strong relationships and emphasizing reflection, curiosity, and shared learning, I help people build confidence, deepen their knowledge, and carry those skills into both their personal and professional lives.
At the heart of everything I do is a belief that no life is without meaning. Our journeys may differ, our timelines may vary, but every person carries significance and possesses the capacity to be successful in all things big and small. Now, let’s work together to build a more organized, peaceful, and purpose-driven life in every area!
Our hiring philosophy is simple: choose "people people" who love helping others reach their goals, are adept at using high-tech productivity software to help clients, and have a zeal for collaboration and teamwork. Plus, we have a soft spot for people who have struggled with ADHD, executive functioning, and procrastination themselves. It makes us better, more empathic coaches.
